First, God teaches us, the individual members of The Abrahamic Seed Group, to profit. We do not have to learn this by ourselves. God teaches us to profit in accordance with his promise to Abraham to prosper the Seed Group.

Isa 48:17
Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. (KJV)

Second, God actually has pleasure in the prosperity of his servants. I used to think that prosperity was wrong. If it is wrong, why does God have pleasure when I am prosperous and why does he actually teach us how to develop wealth.

Ps 35:27
27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant. (KJV)

Third, God does not reject the prayers of the destitute and poor. No refusal to answer their prayer causes their lack of prosperity.

Ps 102:17
He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer. (KJV)

In the above scripture, the word, despise means to reject. In other words, God will not reject the prayers of the destitute. In addition, He will absolutely regard them! Think of it! God hears the prayers of the destitute and needy.

Even Job saw these things. He saw that God will not turn his back on the needy. He will not cast them aside. He will hear their prayer and do something about their problems. In the face of great adversity, Job saw these things.

Job 36:15
15 He delivereth the poor in his affliction, and openeth their ears in oppression. (KJV)

Job 36:11
11 If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. (KJV)

Even Job saw that they shall be delivered. He saw that if they also obey Him, they shall have much prosperity and pleasure. God’s will is to prosper you. Even Job knew this!

Then what is our Prosperity Trigger? What is our Prosperity Activator?

Sowing and reaping is our Trigger-Activator for personal prosperity. This is the only way God has ordained for us to become wealthy. We must learn and obey the Bible principle of giving.

Giving, according to the Bible, is the equivalent of a farmer sowing various seeds. What you plant is what comes up in your harvest. Farmers plant corn, cotton and tomato seeds. These same individual things, corn, cotton and tomatoes, come up for them in the time of their harvest.

Prov 11:24-26
24 There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty.

25 The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.
26 He that withholdeth corn, the people shall curse him: but blessing shall be upon the head of him that selleth it. (KJV)

To secure a financial harvest, Abraham planted financial wealth. He planted it by tithing. He planted it by making various offerings. The point is this; Abraham planted or sowed seed from which he needed to glean a harvest of the same kind. He planted corn or financial seed. He reaped a harvest of corn or financial prosperity.

Do what Abraham did, dear Christian, and you will amass Abrahamic wealth just like Abraham. Plant financial seeds daily so your harvest will have no off days. Plant your seed.

The evil debts came from the evil deeds of our past lives. By looking at a person, a good fortune teller can read him like a book. For this very reason we see people from the very fortunate to the very unfortunate. The two opposites, be it in appearance to practically anything we can see in a human. The saying of “What we are experiencing in this life is the effect of what we have done in our previous lives” is very true. Just like what we do today affects our tomorrow. For a better tomorrow we must know what to do today.

Since the time we are born, we are slowly deviating from our inborn virtuous nature. We do a lot of things that may not be according to our conscience and thus create a lot of sins. This is the reason we have to go through the endless cycle of reincarnation during which we are bound to commit even more evil deeds.

For example:

1] Cheating others of their money or borrow money without returning. All these will create monetary debts.

2] Use one’s power to oppress others or disregard the law and ill treat others. All these will create debts of grievances.

3] Kill animals for consumption or murder somebody for his money. These will create live debts.

4] Being cunning and instigating others to have dispute. These will create vile debts.

Other examples are; separating parents from their children, breaking up other people’s marriages, ruining other’s reputation and moral integrity, profiting at the expense of other’s, seizing other people’s love, preventing other people from performing charities, leading other people to commit sin and etc. All these are the causes of evil debts.

The common saying, “Return money to settle debts and pay with our lives for killing.”

The most sinful among those mentioned is killing. It creates the deepest hatred and there is no way of escaping. This is especially true during this last stage where not a single debt will be left unclaimed by the unseen creditors or revengeful spirits. There are many strange happenings nowadays and calamities for example like wars, fire, flood, diseases, famine, typhoon, hurricane, tsumani etc. Man’s heart is becoming incomprehensible and almost everyday we can see heinous crimes in the papers. People just die very tragically. This is because of evil debts of the past lives ripen if one did not commit it in this life. It is just unexplained to most people who cannot understand why such a good person can die in the painful manner.

Can we settle the evil debts? In order to settle the evil debts, we must know that evil deeds are performed with our mortal body and the evil thoughts are initiated from our mind. If we do not eradicate them ourselves but instead ask others to eradicate them for us, then it is like climbing the tree to catch the fish - a fruitless attempt.

We have planted the seeds in our past lives and now we are tasting the fruits of these seeds. It is very natural and sensible that if we owe a debt in our previous lives, we will have to repay it in this life. If we are bullied now, we must deem it that we have bullied others in our previous lives. If we have to pay back any debts in this life, we must do it with equanimity. We must not blame anyone and should pay back willingly, then we will be able to settle our evil debts.

However, if we do not understand this, then we will begin to harbour resentment, and instead of settling the past debts, we are creating new debts.

If we did not cultivate in our past lives, then we may be living in poverty and destitute and suffering from illnesses throughout this life. We may be cheated or slandered and are unsuccessful in all undertakings. We may also meet with disasters and accidents. We may have planted the seeds of evil in the past and now we are tasting the fruits! Thus going through our present lives, we must not forget to repent and work hard to overcome all hardships without grievances and fear. In this way we will be able to settle some of the evil debts and at the same time plant good seeds for the future lives.

Are They All Healed When You Pray?

Everyone in the healing ministry experiences failure when praying with others
for healing. “Failure” in this connection is simply not seeing the healing happen
that you prayed for. “Failure” in prayer is never absolute because God always
recognises our genuine efforts.

But we can reduce the percentage of failures by giving attention to the possible
causes. This article briefly discusses some of the causes and suggests some
solutions.

1. Faith
The disciples once asked Jesus to increase their faith (Luke 17. 5). His reply
may seem somewhat obtuse. He certainly did not respond to them as they
expected, telling them what they could do if they had even the tiniest amount
of faith.

Is there a lesson for us here? Most certainly! It is, perhaps, twofold. Firstly,
we use what faith we have got at the time. An obvious implication since Jesus
did not do what they asked. Secondly, we need to improve the quality of the
faith we have. Another clear, perhaps even clearer implication of Jesus’
response.

How? Not easy to give a short answer. But look at the life of someone like
Smith Wigglesworth. (Never heard of him? You really do need to get down
to your nearest Christian book shop!). Reading the biographies about create
considerable enthusiasm in oneself - at first. Then you might begin to get
frustrated after the first four or five. Why? Because none of the writers (can?)
tell you how he came to have such great faith. He certainly did not start with it!

In conversation recently a lady pointed to the real reason: “I felt disgusted with
myself,” she said, “because of the great love he had for the Lord”. That is the
ultimate key.

2. Time
We do not, however, love God in isolation from his people. In his first
letter, at 4. 20 John tells us that a person is a liar who says he loves God
while hating his brother. Indeed, he says that anyone who does not love his
brother, whom he has seen, cannot claim to love God, whom he has never
seen.

We need to love those we pray with enough to spend whatever
amount of time is necessary to get to the root of their problem and so pray
effectively for them. Failure here is an important cause of
nonhealing.Yet Jesus has commanded us that: anyone who loves
God must also love his brother.

3. Unfocussed Prayer
In fact, this follows from the last point. We need to spend time making an
adequate assessment of what is wrong with the person only so
that we can pray specifically into that situation. This is something my wife
and I lay considerable stress on in our book “The Keys To Praying For Healing”.
Is importance cannot be overlooked.

One can spend considerable time teaching individuals how to pray with
other for healing, laying stress on how specific the prayer should be. But
so many people, when it comes to actually praying, fall back into something
like “Oh Lord, please heal him/her in all the ways he/she needs healing”.

Somehow, God is so good that no prayer is a waste of time, but this kind
of prayer probably comes very close! Certainly, praying like that will not
result in many healings.

Focus your prayer exactly on the problem. If they have cancer,
or a damaged vertebrae, or Aids, or a cold, pray exactly into that!

Letting God Be God
Anyone can pray with another for healing. And anyone can see that healing
take place - because God’s love for us is so great. However, his knowledge
and wisdom are also very great and he sees things differently to us. So we
shall not always know why a particular healing does not happen. Sometimes
it is down to the factors we are discussing here. Sometimes it is due to similar
ones we do not have space to included here.

But sometimes nonhealing is due to something which we shall never know
about. We need to do all we can, certainly. But when that has been done,
there will always be cases which defy explanation. On the other hand, there
will also be cases where God works in such a sovereign way that we are left
speechless at the “how” and the “why” of it.

Sometimes, in either of these instances, we just have to let God be God”

5.Gifting
Anyone can pray with another for healing. But if we feel called into the
healing ministry, we really ought to get ourselves prayed with for a gift of
healing.

Just as God can heal without us, so he can empower us without any
assistance from anyone else! But unless we know ourselves to have been
specifically blessed in this way, we really ought to seek the prayers of others.

What others? Well, any Christian who know what he/she is about. But there
does seem to be a definite advantage in being prayed with by someone known
to have a gift of healing themselves. Many healers will themselves
testify to this. God can give when anyone asks, but…
